Gilda Goose is motherly, nurturing, and regal. She represents wisdom, shared leadership, and unity, reminding children that no one is meant to lead — or struggle — alone. Like geese flying in a V formation, Gilda teaches that supporting one another makes everyone stronger.
Morris the Mindful Mouse
The Quiet Strength
Morris the Mindful Mouse is small in size but mighty in soul. He helps children access calming thoughts, confidence, and resilience through stillness and self-talk. Morris reminds children that quiet courage and inner strength are always available.
Tranquil Turtle
The Inner Peace Teacher
Tranquil Turtle is slow, wise, and centered. He teaches children that peace begins within and that calming the body helps calm the mind. Through breath, presence, and gentle pauses, he helps children regulate big emotions and reconnect with their inner calm.

Author & Hero Intelligence Teacher
Tammy Vallieres is the The Hero Intelligence Teacher and creator of Harmony Hare and Her Three Voices and the founder of Hero Intelligence™ Education. Drawing from over 25 years as an educator and her own journey from pain to purpose, Tammy writes stories that help children understand their inner world and grow their Hero voice. Her work empowers children, parents, and educators to lead with awareness, compassion, and courage and become the best version of themselves.
Nastaran Kazemzadeh
Illustrator
Nastaran Kazemzadeh brings Harmony Hare and her friends to life through soft, timeless illustrations filled with warmth and emotion. Her artwork captures the gentle magic of childhood and the inner world of thoughts and feelings in a way that feels safe, inviting, and deeply human. Nastaran’s illustrations help children see themselves reflected in the story.
